GC works directly with investors to complete house flips in the LA/OC area. We always have a project going on in conjunction with our investors, and the homes that we deliver are very different from your typical flip. Countless times have we been called out by new homeowners who have purchased flipped homes, and unfortunately the workmanship and quality of those homes is often terrible. We will never hand over the keys to a house that we would not personally live in, and GC is raising the bar when it comes to quality and attention to detail with every one of our flips.
